As you all know very well, every year around this time the warmest update of the year comes out! Here you will find snow on the maps, themed music with Easter eggs, and much more...

Innovations:
  • All players were given gifts: 50 Coins, 100 SCULLS (event currency), 24 M61 Grenades, 2 days of Premium, 24 MK3 Grenades, 24 M202 Grenade Launchers, 24 First Aid Kits L, 24 Mortars, 24 Mines;
  • A festive themed event has started in the game, in which you can receive a “NEW YEAR 2024” badge as a reward and a choice of weapons (COLT M1911, HK MP5SD, AK74, SVD, MINIGAN, WINCHESTER M1887 from the new edition “ICE”), masks (LADYBUG, RED NOSE, BULL, DRAGON, GLASSES WITH HORNS), hats (SNOWMAN, GAS MASK HAT, BEAR, RUDOLF, TV), badges (BOW, BELLS) and skins (ZORRO, DRAGON). Overall, players liked the new event format, so this time it will remain the same, but with minor changes. You have the opportunity to farm the event currency “SCULLS”, for which you can already buy items of your choice not only from this year’s event, but also old themed or unique items. The event is divided into 2 parts. To complete the entire event, you need to make purchases in the event store using the new currency “SCULLS”. It is not necessary to buy all items. To complete the first part, you need to buy 10 out of 12 items, and to complete the second part, 15 out of 18. When you complete each part, you will receive unique ZORRO and DRAGON skins as a reward. The second part of the event, by the way, will not be available immediately after purchasing the required number of items. To unlock it you still need to wait until January 7th. All “SCULLS” will disappear after the event, but don’t worry. After completing the event completely, you will have access to the ANTIQUE SHOP. The new event currency is farmed by completing quests or killing players and zombies on servers. The event will last until January 28 (23/59/59 Moscow time);
  • The event store "ANTIQUE SHOP" this time has been replenished with an assortment of winter themed goods, as well as unique goods. You can only buy items in this store using “SCULLS”;
  • New themed skins have been added to the game: ZORRO, DRAGON, ALP, ALPINA;
  • ZORRO Skin: Receives 3% less damage from melee weapons. Deals 3% more damage with melee weapons;
  • DRAGON skin: Receives 3% less damage from bullets, 5% from melee weapons and 50% from fire;
  • ALP skin: Receives 5% less damage from bullets, 3% from melee weapons and 20% from explosions;
  • The ALP skin can be purchased for “SCULLS”;
  • ALPINA skin: Receives 5% less damage from bullets, 3% from melee weapons and 20% from explosions;
  • The ALPINA skin can be purchased for “SCULLS”;
  • For a long time, players have been asking us to add black and white weapon skins to the game, so, at the request of our community, “ICE” edition weapons have been added to the game: COLT M1911, HK MP5SD, AK74, SVD, MINIGAN, WINCHESTER M1887;
  • All weapons in the “ICE” edition do not differ in characteristics from their fully upgraded basic counterparts;
  • Some weapons from the ICE edition have their own set of modules;
  • The ICE edition will be available for purchase with SCULLS in 1 year;
  • Unique weapons have been added to the ANTIQUE SHOP that cannot be purchased for other currencies: AK-12, UZKON UNG-12, CZ805 BREN;
  • Weapons from the “WINTER” edition have been added to the game: STECHKIN, TYPE99, VEPR-12, SCORPION EVO3, FN SCAR, M1A1 CARBINE;
  • The “WINTER” edition gives a bonus to the stock of weapons in both stock and upgraded states;
  • All weapons in the “WINTER” edition have similar characteristics to their basic counterparts, with the exception of stock;
  • Weapons from the “WINTER” edition can be upgraded;
  • In order to use the bayonet on the TYPE99 machine gun, you need to press the “V” button;
  • Some weapons from the WINTER edition have their own set of modules;
  • The WINTER edition can be purchased with coins and SCULLS;
  • The NEW YEAR edition has been expanded with new items: BERETTA 92, M1A1 THOMPSON, FG-42, MAC M1924, SVT-40, STRIKER;

  • Added Animal Easter Eggs and two types of classic Easter Eggs. Easter eggs will be in the game until January 7 (23/59/59 Moscow time). There is no use searching on private servers!
  • The chance of Easter eggs appearing depends on the number of players on the server (key values are 5, 8, 10, 12 players on the server). Minimum chance of appearance with 5 players. Maximum chance of appearance with 12 players or more;
  • The chance of Easter eggs appearing from 4% (with 5 players on the server) to 20% (with 12 or more players on the server);
  • The chance of large Easter eggs appearing from 4% (with 5 players on the server) to 20% (with 12 or more players on the server);
  • The chance of small Easter eggs appearing from 10% (with 5 players on the server) to 50% (with 12 or more players on the server);
  • Mechanics of Easter Egg Animals - one of the players turns into an Easter Egg, and the rest begin hunting for him! The transformed one's task is to survive in order to receive a reward of 250 coins. If you fail to survive, the reward will be divided among the hunters in proportion to the damage caused. You have 5 minutes to hunt. If the map changes during the event, no one receives a reward. Easter eggs will spawn in all modes except Zombie mode;
  • Mechanics of Big Easter Eggs - disappear 60 minutes after their appearance, and the reward of 500 coins is divided between players in proportion to the damage caused. Whoever kills the Easter egg will receive an additional bonus: 20 grenades, 20 bumblebees, 20 mk3, 20 m202! Easter eggs will spawn in all modes;
  • The mechanics of Little Easter Eggs - they disappear 30 seconds after they appear, and you can get from 5 to 15 coins from them. Easter eggs will spawn in all modes;
  • Easter eggs are not tied to a time frame, as was the case in past years, when Easter eggs could appear exactly at 00, 10, 20, etc. minutes of every hour. Different types of Easter eggs can appear on the same server at the same time, but Easter eggs of the same type cannot appear more than once every 5 minutes. Easter eggs cannot appear if there are less than 5 players on the server. The chances of occurrence are indicated above. The time between the appearance of Easter eggs is calculated randomly;
  • Promotions have been launched for the purchase of coins and items from some seasons until January 28 (23/59/59 Moscow time).


Changes:
  • The design of the game has changed to festive. The background in the game menu, as well as the loading screen, have been updated. Snow has fallen on the servers, and pleasant music is playing on the menu. M61 grenades and command blocks were replaced by Christmas decorations and gifts;
  • After the introduction of the new mechanics of damage from distance, the effectiveness of some weapons turned out to be excessive. We are talking about individual “shotguns”. Shotguns like the SPAS-12 and those similar in gameplay have become overly effective at extreme range, which is at odds with their game concept. At the request of players, it was decided to revise certain characteristics for a number of shotgun class weapons. We decided to significantly reduce the firing range and increase damage. Thus, these types of weapons will become more effective at the distance stated in the characteristics, and will not be too effective at the maximum distance, and their overall effectiveness will remain within the limits of what it was even before the introduction of new mechanics;
  • Statistics from the last event showed that players do not have enough time to complete all available tasks to receive “SKULLS”, so we decided to double the reward for completing them;
  • The crossbow has been sent for bugfixing.


Corrections:
  • The characteristics of the SR-25 Snow weapon have been corrected;
  • Fixed operation of the consumables. Testing;
  • Other minor fixes.


In the coming days, several small updates with corrections and improvements are possible.

Good day to the community and guests of our project.

  • All blocks on zombies were strengthened by 50%. Let's test the mode further;
  • Event store fix. You will no longer be able to purchase time-locked items. We do not take away items obtained by a bug;
  • Fixed display of the ability to purchase items in the event store. Didn't work correctly;
  • Fix new maps for survival. Zombies no longer fly on them;
  • Fix for skins that restore HP when killing an enemy;
  • The Melee mode has been de-ghosted;
  • The display of donations in the main menu has been corrected and the calculation of the maximum discount depending on previous donations has been adjusted;
  • Fixed a bug with the ability to kill an enemy with consumables;
  • Removed the event button in the center of the menu. The event is now opened via a button in the upper right corner;
  • Fix grenade on Mutagen mode;
  • Other minor fixes.

This year you will find a major and interesting update with many changes and new products. Reworking of some key points, as well as a number of innovations, will allow you to get a new gaming experience. According to the good old tradition, gifts, Easter eggs and an event await you. But that’s not all 😉

Innovations:
  • All players were given gifts: 33 Coins, 100 SKULLS (new event currency), 23 M61 Grenades, 23 Bumblebees, 23 First Aid Kits, 23 Molotov Cocktails, 100 Pumpkins;
  • A festive themed event has started in the game, in which you can receive a “HALLOWEEN” badge as a reward and a choice of weapons (PP91 KEDR, SIG P226, HK416, ABAKAN, VSK-94, PKP from the new edition “GHOSTY”), masks (ANONYMOUS, FRANKENSTEIN, GHOST, SCREAM, BAT, 13), icons (BAT, GHOSTS, HAND, SMILE, ZOMBIE, PUMPKIN) and skins (DOOMGUY, ISAAC). This time we decided to abandon the usual seasonal event in the “Mini BP” style and completely reworked its mechanics. Now you have the opportunity to farm the event currency “SKULLS”, for which you will be able to buy items of your choice not only from this year’s event, but also old themed or unique items. The event is divided into 2 parts. To complete the entire event, you need to make purchases in the event store using the new SKULLS currency. It is not necessary to buy all items. To complete the first part, you need to buy 10 out of 12 items, and to complete the second part, 15 out of 18. When you complete each part, you will receive unique DUMGUY and ISAAC skins as a reward.   • In the ANTIQUE SHOP you can buy skins and weapons from the SURVIVAL edition: Anaconda, Kriss Vector, AK47, Asval, AA-12, Machete, Dwight (skin), Claire (skin), Zombie Boss (skin);
  • A new damage mechanics from distance has been implemented. All weapons now have an EFFECTIVE and MAXIMUM firing range. The menu indicates the EFFECTIVE firing range. The MAXIMUM range is always 2 times the EFFECTIVE range. What is the difference between these options? EFFECTIVE range - the distance at which the weapon causes its maximum damage (which is indicated in the performance characteristics), but when firing at a distance exceeding the EFFECTIVE damage will drop down to 0 (at the MAXIMUM range);
  • New maps have been added to the game: AQUIUM(Battle), HIMALIA(Battle), SLUMS(Contra), MIDTOWN(Contra), MILITECH(Contra), NUK2(Contra), MONO2(Contra), POOL2(Contra), MANSHION2(Contra) , BERN(Contra), OASIS(Contra), SANATORIUM(Contra), OVERLORD(Contra), DIRE(GunGame), WAFFLE FRONT(Massacre), RESERVOIR(Survival), SILENCE(Survival). Map authors have already received rewards before the update was released;

  • Ghosts have been added to the game, for destroying which players receive experience. For the Boss Ghost, you can receive a reward in the form of 1000 experience and 1000 coins, which are divided between the players who attacked him in proportion to the damage caused (the Boss Ghost has 250,000 HP). Ghosts can be destroyed with consumables and weapons from the editions “CURSED BONES”, “BLOODY HALLOWEEN”, “SCARY HALLOWEEN”, “GHOSTY”. It is useless to search on private servers, Zombie and Massacre modes! Ghosts will be in the game until November 6 (23/59/59 Moscow time). Details on Ghosts can be found in the changelog;
  • The grenades received a tracer;
  • Promotions have been launched for the purchase of coins and items from some seasons until November 19 (23/59/59 Moscow time).


Changes:
  • The design of the game has changed to festive. The background in the game menu, as well as the loading screen, have been updated. Night has fallen on the servers, and pleasant music is playing on the menu. Pumpkins replaced M61 grenades and command blocks;
  • Changes have been made to missions for various events. For a long time, players have been asking us to improve this aspect of the game for events, because... Not everyone understood what “compound missions” were and how they worked, and the complexity of some missions was very high. We decided to abandon “composite missions” in the event, and also removed some irrelevant missions and changed their overall difficulty;
  • A number of weapons have been reworked to accommodate the new mechanics of damage from distance.
  • As many have noticed, for some shotguns not only the firing distance has changed, but also the damage;
  • Players have been asking us to improve the skins for a long time. We decided to look into this issue and review some key points. If we highlight the most important positions, then these are:
  • Refusal of individual resists to seasonal weapons;
  • Reduced resistance to firearms and bladed weapons;
  • Increased resistance to consumption;
  • Updating weapons with skin boosts.
  • In accordance with these changes, the characteristics of some weapons also underwent changes, which you will learn about below. You may have noticed some changes earlier when it came to shotguns. Due to changes in the skins themselves, prices for some items have been changed. Because Resistance from firearms was weakened, the need for such high damage for weapons was no longer necessary, and therefore we reduced the damage for weapons that kill with 1 shot to the head or body and made changes to some other types of weapons.
  • The models of almost all consumables in the game have been replaced (except for first aid kits). The mechanics of some consumables have been improved;
  • Restrictions have been introduced on the use of consumables depending on the mode:
  • Battle mode: Bumblebee, Mortar, GP, RPG-7, M202A1, First Aid Kit S, First Aid Kit M, First Aid Kit L, M61, MK3, M18, RKG-3, Molotov, M7A2, Stielhandgranate, TNT, Anti-Personnel Mine, C4;
  • Contra Mode: Bumblebee, GP, RPG-7, First Aid Kit S, First Aid Kit M, First Aid Kit L, M61, MK3, M18, Molotov, Stielhandgranate, TNT, C4;
  • Zombie Mode: Bumblebee, GP, RPG-7, M202A1, First Aid Kit S, First Aid Kit M, First Aid Kit L, M61, MK3, M18, Molotov, M7A2, Stielhandgranate, TNT, Anti-Personnel Mine, C4;
  • Massacre mode: First Aid Kit S, First Aid Kit M, First Aid Kit L;
  • Survival mode: Bumblebee, GP, RPG-7, M202A1, First Aid Kit S, First Aid Kit M, First Aid Kit L, M61, MK3, Molotov, M7A2, Stielhandgranate;
  • Improved Zombie mode. Now zombies in this mode move faster and jump higher. In addition, zombies received regeneration. Due to these changes, we are in no hurry to add new maps to the game for this mode. We will gradually refine it and optimize the cards for new mechanics. These mode settings are test ones. Subject to change;
  • In Survival mode, the timer before the game starts has been reduced from 120 to 30 seconds;
  • Increased the size of weapon icons in KILLOG;
  • Improved Mutagen mode. Commands have been removed. Everyone plays for themselves. Spawn points have been reworked. Number of frags required to change map = 500;
  • Maps improved or updated: SLUMS (Anarchy), MIDTOWN (Anarchy), FACTORY (Contra), A QUIET PLACE (Zombies);


All types of Easter eggs have been reworked.

SEASON 4: RETRO!



Hello to the Blockade game community.
It's time for a hot summer in the game! Season 4 - RETRO starts today. The season will last until October 1 inclusive. This time, as for season 3, real-life weapons are taken as the basis. The emphasis in season 4 is on the visual component, by analogy with season 3.
For completing the RETRO season, you will receive: 3 exclusive character skins, 7 weapons with a unique look, an exclusive "RETRO" badge, 12 days of PREMIUM account, 5000 experience, as well as 200 coins and a lot of ammunition.

There are 110 levels in total in the season. You can skip the first 100 levels by purchasing them with coins (150 coins per level. ELITE BATTLE PASS only!). The last 10 levels are impossible to skip!

To receive more rewards, you need to purchase an ELITE BATTLE PASS.

HOW DOES THE ELITE BATTLE PASS WORK?
  • Complete weekly missions to level up your Battle Pass;
  • Get free rewards for new levels;
  • Earn more rewards when you purchase the ELITE BATTLE PASS. Rewards are given at each level;
  • You can purchase the ELITE BATTLE PASS at any time and you will unlock all rewards up to your current ELITE BATTLE PASS level.


By purchasing the ELITE BATTLE PASS for 1500 coins and leveling it up, you will receive: 9 exclusive character skins, 21 fully upgraded weapons with a unique look and installed modules, an exclusive "RETRO" badge, 1300 coins, 42 days of PREMIUM account, 10000 bonus experience for your account, as well as bonus ammunition in the form of grenades, shmels, first aid kits, etc.
When purchasing an ELITE BATTLE PASS, you will immediately receive 1 exclusive character skin and 1 exclusive weapon, as well as a +10% experience booster, which is credited to the progress of the ELITE BATTLE PASS;

The list of changes and innovations in this update is as follows.

    2. M60: damage 28-35, clip 50-100, reload 5.3, stock 200-400, range 100, tempo 550;
    3. MACMILLAN CS5: damage 78-118, clip 10-15, reload 4.4, stock 20-45, range 120, tempo 33;
  • All seasonal weapons and skins will not be purchasable with coins. All new items can be used on any servers;
  • A new map BRIDGE (melee mode) has been added to the game.


Changes:
  • Added seasonal art for the game. Updated the background in the game menu, as well as the loading background;
  • The characteristics of all melee weapons in the game have been rebalanced. We return to the first iteration of the performance characteristics with some changes:
    1. damage 44, distance 2, attack speed 300: Shovel, Knife, Caramel, Cleaver, Falchion, Bone axe, Brass knuckles, Rolling pin, Balisong, M9, Hunting knife, Karambit;
    2. damage 85, range 2, attack speed 150: Crowbar, Machete, Wrench, Pipe, Mace, Chainsaw, Kukri, Axe, Kitchen knife, Tomahawk, Frying pan,
    3. damage 65, range 3, attack speed 85: Bat, Katana, Plasma Sword, Broom, Scythe, Soul Eater, Dual Blades;
    4. damage 60, range 3, attack speed 60: Pyro;
    5. damage 150, distance 2, attack speed 25: Fire ax, Hammer, Sword, Lollipop, Silver sword;
  • Updated weapon model BERETTA MX4;
  • Updated NEGEV weapon model (implemented a box as an additional module);
  • Increased the reload speed of the NEGEV machine gun (including editions);
  • Updated weapon model STEYR SCOUT (modules for publications are screwed);
  • Updated FACTORY map;
  • Updated the map of SLUNTS.


Corrections:
  • Fixed a problem with sticking in blocks when jumping next to blocks (needs to be tested);
  • Fixed display of killog on AA12 weapons for some editions;
  • Fixed unwrapping of the NS2000 weapon model;
  • Other minor fixes.

In the game "Blockade" in conjunction with the game "Dead City" launched a promotion to receive exclusive rewards.

The terms of the promotion are as follows:
  1. You need to purchase the game "Dead City" on the Steam platform;
  2. In the game "Dead City", you need to go through 5 levels and kill the Spitter Boss at level 5;
  3. Return to the game "Blockade" and get a reward!

In addition to the launch of the promotion itself, some changes have been made in the game, a list of which you can see below:

Innovations:
  • Information about ongoing promotions and events is now displayed on the right side of the screen. Implemented a timer "till the end of the event" for your convenience. Now you can always see what promotions and events are running (x2 experience, collaboration, event, season, daily rewards).


Actions:
  • A event for X2 experience has been launched from May 19 to May 21 inclusive.


Changes:
  • A complete rebalance of the MELEE mode (test version);
  • M1A1 Thompson reload time and maximum clip are now different for magazine and drum versions. The reload speed for the magazine (1.6 seconds) is higher than for the drum (2.5 seconds), and the number of bullets in the clip is the opposite (30 for the magazine and 50 for the drum);
  • Updated KRISS VECTOR weapon model.


Fixes:
  • Fixed zoom on HK MP7.
