Fixed:
- "Wait for AI move" popup blocking player's action.
- Settings screen getting stuck during AI move.
- Issues with joining the game from Steam invite causing error 902 and/or "empty" players.
- Timeout or forfeit during RoundEnd phase should no longer cause a whole round to skip.
