Update 0.19.4 - Nutrients Part 3

The third part of the big nutrient update is here.

- An Zn, Mn, Fe, S, and Ca fertilizer ratio was added for hydro systems.
- The effects of all micronutrient fertiliser has been changed.
- The lighting system has been improved.
- The weather effects have been improved.
- The perormance has been improved in some areas.
- Fixed minor bugs.

This is part of the update. All other parts will be developed and released in the near future.
