2/15 End of Scheduled Maintenance Announcement


[h3]The scheduled maintenance that started on 2/14/2023 (Tue) at 6:00 PM (PST) ended on 2/15/2023 (Wed) at 12:00 AM (PST).[/h3]

The version number on the bottom right of the title screen should still be Ver.7.1001.1.

  • Fixed a bug where Region Mags sometimes did not display in their collaboration-spec visuals

[h3]Things addressed during maintenance[/h3]
  • We restored equipment where the Enhancement Level and/or other stats had been altered back to its status as of the scheduled maintenance on 1/24/2023 (Tue) (PST).

    *Equipment was not eligible for restoration if it had been discarded, enhanced, or put up for sale in the Personal Shop.

    In addition, for PSO2 equipment affected by this bug that was obtained between the end of scheduled maintenance on 1/25/2023 (Wed) (PST) and the start of scheduled maintenance on 2/7/2023 (Tue) (PST), it was not possible to restore Enhancement Levels to their status as of 1/24/2023 (Tue) (PST).

    As a result, we have restored only the Augments of affected weapons to their status prior to the bug occurring.

    We are considering the appropriate compensation for players affected by this bug and will announce the details and timing of compensation at a later date.

    The Enhancement Levels and other stats may change for Equipment obtained in PSO2 and kept in the Character Storage

  • Along with the scheduled maintenance, the expiration of Premium Sets, Extended Storage 1-6, Material Storage, Personal Shop usage, PSO2 Personal Quarters usage, Max Orders Received Limit Expansion, and Bonus Keys will be extended by 6 hours.

    *The expiration for the above items expiring before the end of this scheduled maintenance has been extended by 6 hours from the original expiration.

  • Characters that completed the application for Ship Transfer before the beginning of the scheduled maintenance have been transferred.

    *Ship transfers during scheduled maintenance are processed in the order that they are received. There is a limit to the number of transfers that can be performed during each maintenance, and if the maximum number of applications is reached, applications will be rolled over to the next scheduled maintenance.

  • When logging into PSO2 Blocks, each character’s location will be set to the Gate Area.

    *Characters may be moved to the Bridge depending on their progress in the story.
