You can add a random Preset Skill to weapons and armor by spending Material Items and N-Meseta.
If a weapon or armor already has a Preset Skill attached, you can level up that Preset Skill!
*Material Items must be armor or weapons that can be made into multi-weapon with Preset Skills of the same level as the base item or greater.
*Addition and enhancement have fixed rates of success. Material Items and N-Meseta will be consumed regardless of success or failure.
