We have confirmed a bug with the First Time Free AC Scratch Ticket: Hairstyle Revival Apr '24 where the free first draw may not be displayed on the Scratch Ticket screen when moving to Creative Space or moving to an area outside of a city in another Region.
If you try to draw this Scratch Ticket when this bug occurs, a message stating “An error has occurred” will display and you will not be able to draw the Scratch Ticket.
We have confirmed that this problem can be resolved by moving to the city of any Region, so please try that if you encounter this bug.
