5/24 End of Scheduled Maintenance Announcement


[h3]The scheduled maintenance that started on 5/23/2023 (Tue) at 7:00 PM (PDT) ended on 5/24/2023 (Wed) at 1:00 AM (PDT).[/h3]

The version number on the bottom right of the title screen should still be Ver.7.2001.1.

  • A bug where some graphics are not displayed correctly under certain conditions for the Basewear Stray Animal [Ba] and its color variations:

[h3]Things addressed during maintenance[/h3]
  • We have sent an R Form May '23 Ticket as compensation to players who recycled or exchanged the R Form May '23 Ticket that they received after completing the requirements of the NGS 2nd Anniversary Story Completion Campaign before the scheduled maintenance on 5/16 (Tue) (PDT).

    Caution regarding reward from the NGS 2nd Anniversary Story Completion Campaign
  • Along with the scheduled maintenance, the expiration of Premium Sets, Extended Storage 1-6, Material Storage, Personal Shop usage, PSO2 Personal Quarters usage, Max Orders Received Limit Expansion, and Bonus Keys will be extended by 6 hours.

    *The expiration for the above items expiring before the end of this scheduled maintenance has been extended by 6 hours from the original expiration.

  • Characters that completed the application for Ship Transfer before the beginning of the scheduled maintenance have been transferred.

    *Ship transfers during scheduled maintenance are processed in the order that they are received. There is a limit to the number of transfers that can be performed during each maintenance, and if the maximum number of applications is reached, applications will be rolled over to the next scheduled maintenance.

  • When logging into PSO2 Blocks, each character’s location will be set to the Gate Area.

    *Characters may be moved to the Bridge depending on their progress in the story.

5/23 Scheduled Maintenance Announcement



[h2]The scheduled maintenance will occur during the following period:[/h2]

[h3]From 5/23/2023 (Tue) 7:00 PM (PDT) to 5/24/2023 (Wed) 1:00 AM (PDT)[/h3]

*Please do not connect to the game servers until the end of maintenance is announced.

*Please note that the availability of Weekly Tasks and Limited-time Tasks that end at 8:00 PM (PDT) on the day of scheduled maintenance will end at the start of scheduled maintenance.

*Please note that if the 24 hour period after a Character Deletion Request passes during the maintenance, the character will be deleted.

*Characters that have completed the “Application for Ship Transfer During Scheduled Maintenance” will be transferred. AC will not be consumed until the Ship Transfer is complete.

*Ship Transfer applications will be processed according to the order in which they were submitted. However, some Ship Transfers may be postponed until the next Scheduled Maintenance if the number of submitted applications is excessive.

*If you do not have enough AC at the beginning of the Scheduled Maintenance, Ship Transfer will not occur, even if you purchase AC during the Scheduled Maintenance.

[h3]Unlocking the ability to redistribute Skill Points[/h3]



Following the 6/7/2023 (Wed) (PDT) update, you will be able to freely reassign the Skill Points for each class without needing to use AC, SG, or an item.

Accordingly, moving forward, please be advised that N-Reset All Skills will not be distributed when balance adjustments are made.

You can continue to use Reset & Move Skill Tree and Reset All Skill Trees items.

The 21st of every month is PSO2 DAY for Premium Set users!
We’ll also have Limited-time Tasks that everyone can enjoy, so take this chance to make the most of NGS!

*This campaign will be held for 48 hours, as there is a scheduled maintenance set to be conducted during the campaign period. Please be aware that the normal duration for this campaign is 36 hours.

*Please also note that you will receive the gifts only once during the period.

In PSO2 Blocks on the 1st and 21st of every month – known as PSO2 Day – an ARKS style Rappy called the ARKS Rappy will appear! They look so cute wearing their version of the Close Quarters outfit!
They might drop equipment with new Augments or even a Rappy Suit Mini: ARKS!

*The ARKS Rappy only appears in new Rooms created after the campaign starts. A new Room can be created by accepting a quest, setting a password, and then checking the Also Limit Multiplayer Requests from Other Parties box. After accepting the quest, select Party Commands under Community in the Main Menu, and change the Password Settings under Party Settings to allow other players to join.

[hr][/hr][h2]Precautions[/h2]
  • Even if you fulfill the conditions with multiple characters, you can only receive one gift per account.
  • Only users using a Premium Set during the campaign period are eligible.
  • The account may no longer be eligible to receive the gift if all characters that met the requirements are deleted.
  • In PSO2 Blocks, to prevent server overload, some notifications, such as incoming mail, Alliance invitations, and campaign items will not be displayed if you log in during an Urgent Quest. Even though the notification is not displayed, incoming mail, Alliance invitations, and campaign items will be delivered normally.
  • The ARKS Rappy does not appear in Trigger Quests.
  • The content and schedule of the campaign may change due to unforeseen operational reasons. Thank you for your understanding.
  • Please note that items distributed in this campaign may also be distributed in other campaigns.

  • When SG is given out in campaigns, etc., it will now be added directly to your SG balance instead of being issued in the form of SG tickets

  • This does not apply to some campaigns, etc. that have already been conducted.

  • We have sent the Mag Form/Blanc Cheval item as compensation to players who were eligible for but did not receive the item during the scheduled maintenance on 4/19/2023 (Wed) (PDT). This is regarding the bug where Mag Form/Blanc Cheval's item name was blank and the icon was displayed incorrectly.

    In addition, we have recalled the Mag Form/Blanc Cheval items that were mistakenly distributed to players who were not eligible for compensation.

    *If Mag Form/Blanc Cheval was equipped at the time of collection, the Mag has been changed back to the default setting.

    The Item Name is blank for Mag Form/Blanc Cheval and its icon is not displayed correctly
