2/15 End of Scheduled Maintenance Announcement


[h3]The scheduled maintenance that started on 2/14/2023 (Tue) at 6:00 PM (PST) ended on 2/15/2023 (Wed) at 12:00 AM (PST).[/h3]

The version number on the bottom right of the title screen should still be Ver.7.1001.1.

  • Fixed a bug where Region Mags sometimes did not display in their collaboration-spec visuals

[h3]Things addressed during maintenance[/h3]
  • We restored equipment where the Enhancement Level and/or other stats had been altered back to its status as of the scheduled maintenance on 1/24/2023 (Tue) (PST).

    *Equipment was not eligible for restoration if it had been discarded, enhanced, or put up for sale in the Personal Shop.

    In addition, for PSO2 equipment affected by this bug that was obtained between the end of scheduled maintenance on 1/25/2023 (Wed) (PST) and the start of scheduled maintenance on 2/7/2023 (Tue) (PST), it was not possible to restore Enhancement Levels to their status as of 1/24/2023 (Tue) (PST).

    As a result, we have restored only the Augments of affected weapons to their status prior to the bug occurring.

    We are considering the appropriate compensation for players affected by this bug and will announce the details and timing of compensation at a later date.

    The Enhancement Levels and other stats may change for Equipment obtained in PSO2 and kept in the Character Storage

  • Along with the scheduled maintenance, the expiration of Premium Sets, Extended Storage 1-6, Material Storage, Personal Shop usage, PSO2 Personal Quarters usage, Max Orders Received Limit Expansion, and Bonus Keys will be extended by 6 hours.

    *The expiration for the above items expiring before the end of this scheduled maintenance has been extended by 6 hours from the original expiration.

  • Characters that completed the application for Ship Transfer before the beginning of the scheduled maintenance have been transferred.

    *Ship transfers during scheduled maintenance are processed in the order that they are received. There is a limit to the number of transfers that can be performed during each maintenance, and if the maximum number of applications is reached, applications will be rolled over to the next scheduled maintenance.

  • When logging into PSO2 Blocks, each character’s location will be set to the Gate Area.

    *Characters may be moved to the Bridge depending on their progress in the story.

2/14 Scheduled Maintenance Announcement



[h2]The scheduled maintenance will occur during the following period:[/h2]

[h3]From 2/14/2023 (Tue) 6:00 PM (PST) to 2/15/2023 (Wed) 12:00 AM (PST)[/h3]

*Please do not connect to the game servers until the end of maintenance is announced.

*Please note that if the 24 hour period after a Character Deletion Request passes during the maintenance, the character will be deleted.

*Characters that have completed the “Application for Ship Transfer During Scheduled Maintenance” will be transferred. AC will not be consumed until the Ship Transfer is complete.

*Ship Transfer applications will be processed according to the order in which they were submitted. However, some Ship Transfers may be postponed until the next Scheduled Maintenance if the number of submitted applications is excessive.

*If you do not have enough AC at the beginning of the Scheduled Maintenance, Ship Transfer will not occur, even if you purchase AC during the Scheduled Maintenance.

  • A bug where Motion Changes in NGS Blocks are sometimes not displayed correctly:

[h3]Issues fixed in NGS[/h3]
  • Fixed a bug in the Neusen Plant Combat Sector where a Trial sometimes occurred immediately after a PSE Burst ended
  • Fixed a bug in the Helical Line Cocoon that allowed players to get through fences without unlocking them
  • Fixed a bug in Character Creation where selecting certain Edit Mode Motion Settings without any data from the Prologue or later sometimes made it so the character was unable to progress

    Along with this correction, the following items will be changed so that they will not be displayed during character creation:

    *There will be no changes in the Salon.
We have confirmed that this problem also occurs in Offline Character Creation for the PS4 version, and we are working on a fix.

In the PS4 version of Offline Character Creation, selecting certain Edit Mode Motion Settings may make it impossible to progress.

  • Fixed a bug where some graphics were not displayed correctly under certain conditions for the Basewear Hoshikawa Sara Replica [Ba] and its color variations

  • Fixed a bug where the Enhancement Levels, etc. of equipment obtained in PSO2 and kept in Character Storage were sometimes changed

    *Furthermore, in an upcoming scheduled maintenance, we plan to restore any equipment that had Enhancement Levels, etc. changed due to this bug to its previous attributes as of the scheduled maintenance on 1/24/2023 (Tue) (PST).
Until this is done, please do not discard, enhance, or put up for sale in the Personal Shop any equipment affected by this bug.
