Bugs fixes update #16

Fixes:
- Fixed bug when you can't reload your weapon
- Fixed bug when you can leave the river without the canister lvl 2 ch 7

(WARNING: If you got any of these bugs again - don't load last save. You have to restart current chapter from the chapters menu after load the update and reach the bug moment from the start of the chapter)
