Bugs fixes update #6

Changelog

Fixes:
- fixed achievement Bounty Hunter which didn't work (to get it - kill 100 enemies)
- fixed bug when you can heal yourself several times after your health was recovered in lvl 2 ch 3
- fixed bug when you can't pass the forest level 2 in ch 4 if the last enemy was killed by melee
for all: if it happened again after load a safe file - restart the curent chapter in chapters menu

Another improvements:
- Rephrased John Rambo achievement to Bounty Hunter achievement
- Rephrased the obj text in the final exam in Russian language for more understandable
