For new players, here’s a few of my best tips:
- Build many storage areas! They take no time or resources, but it will slow down your advancement if you don’t have a free one available for a new type of resource.
- It will be easier to advance quicker if you find a larger tribe to start with, and it’s a good idea to find a spot with lots of trees nearby.
- Don’t queue up too many orders. Sapiens will pick the closest task to them that matches their needs and roles. The easiest way for you to direct them where you want is to limit their options.
- Flax is a key resource, required to bind advanced tools together. If you want to get far in the demo with tool building, you will need to find and investigate flax early.
