Hotfix for 0.2.18 (crafting fix)

• Fixed a bug where colonists wouldn't craft at machines when they should have
  
• Fixed a bug where colonists would attempt to craft at machines when they should not have
  
• Colonists will no longer "see" themselves puke
  
• Added a log message when items explode from heat
