New World Update 1.5.4

Greetings, Adventurers!

New World Update 1.5.4 downtime will begin at 11:00PM PT (6:00AM UTC) on June 21 and includes general fixes to items, loot, and more.
GENERAL FIXES
• Fixed an issue that caused the Refreshing Divine Embrace perk to not work because the cooldown timer activated at the same frame the effect was triggered.
 • Removed the Winter Wanderer's cloak to match its initial release appearance.
 • The Reflected Mayhem earring will no longer break after one death. Its durability loss on death is now the same as other earrings.
 • Fixed an issue that caused enemies to drop empty loot bags at Highpass Cavern during The Way the Cookie Crumbles quest.
 • Fixed an issue that caused items to not be given to the player when canceling sell orders if their inventory was over the weight capacity.
 • Fixed an issue that caused players to lose respawn points if the respawn points were unavailable upon login.
 • Fixed an issue that caused AI loot bags to only show visuals indicating common loot was dropped.
 • Fixed an issue that prevented players from using the Herbalist Camp Skin.
 • Fixed an issue that caused the "Exit Match" message to appear in game modes other than PvP Arenas.
 • Fixed client UI slowdown related to multiple fishing trade skill rank level-ups in the same play session.
 • Fixed an issue that prevented players from making progress in the Grasping at Shadows Void Gauntlet weapon quest when they reset it. Players that were stuck can now advance properly.

Thanks for your support! We'll see you in Aeternum.

New World Update 1.5.2

Greetings, Adventurers!

New World Update 1.5.2 downtime will begin at 11PM PT (6AM UTC) on June 7. This weekly update features fixes for Arenas, PvP XP, and more. Find the full list of changes below.
General Updates & Fixes
• PvP Arenas now award 250, 350, or 500 PvP XP for winning 0, 1, and 2 rounds respectively. The previous amount was 100, 200, or 300 PvP XP.
 • Fixed an issue that caused crafted items with only one possible Gear Score (via materials/skill raising the minimum up to the maximum) to not match their proper value.
 • Fixed an issue that caused the First Light Faction Control Bonus (increased refining yield) to affect non-refining items.
 • Fixed an issue that caused crafting menu button timers to show incorrect values.
 • Fixed an issue that caused the “Flawless Victory” achievement to count towards matches when a member of your team died.
 • Players will now receive less PvP XP and Azoth Salt per capture after capturing 10 Faction Control Points within a 24 hour period. Each capture following your tenth Faction Control Point within that time frame nets 250 PvP XP and 50 Azoth Salt.
 • Fixed a bug that caused certain attacks and abilities to not work properly when your weapon was unsheathed after entering a Game Mode (such as Expedition, Outpost Rush, 3v3 Arena).
 • Fixed an issue that caused Commander Thorpe to not drop Sapphire gypsum in Mutated versions of The Depths.

Thanks for your support! We'll see you in Aeternum.
