Update 61: Let there be sound!

Hello everyone!


[h2]PATCH NOTES :[/h2]

  • Nearby space stations will now blink in blue if in your radar range, red if outside of it to ease navigation and facilitate access to quests
  • New ship! The Soaring Sparrow /Soaring Dove / Soaring Eagle / Soaring Phoenix -AI Battle mode added in the main menu Creation Tools, choose the units for each side and watch the chaos that ensues!
  • All faction logos replaced
  • A TON of new sound effects (so many we can't list them)
  • The game will now warn you that your save file needs to be deleted after the update
  • Non-host players can now fly the ship as well
  • Interacting with objects on the spacemap will now be done from the ship's bridge via a holographic display -Potions are not consumable items, they now are cooldown based like all other items
  • Pirates have new dialog options


[h2]BUG FIXES [/h2]
  • You will not return to your spawn point after surrendering -Fixed an issue causing you to not be able to use your guns/skills after landing
  • The game will not consider you as a mech after you used one and went back to your ship, allowing you to steer it as usual.
  • You cannot buy a ship using 2 slots when 9/10 slots are used
  • Fleets will not split into groups controlled by either the mouse or the keyboard anymore

Alpha 60: Together we will rule the galaxy!

Hello Everyone!
I hope you are doing fantastically well, we are launching a new version today with a lot of improvements, I hope you will enjoy playing this patch!
New additions
  • Assignments have been added and we integrated a full quest-line! The quest-line is here to serve as a tutorial.
  • Your ship now houses an assignment panel allowing you to check your progress with more details than the HUD assignment tracker.
  • Some items will now be more valuable depending on where you sell them, allowing you to engage in business
  • The bridge of the ship can now be used to report issues or answer our surveys
  • A speed special effect has been added to the bridge’s window
  • New stun bomb model and animation
  • New model and animation
  • The Multiplayer now enables you to join others in battles throughout the galaxy! (Only the host can access the ship and trigger quests, resources are shared)
  • All factions have new emblems
  • The Acid Spitter weapon cores have been added to the game.
  • Right clicking on the space map now allows you to pan the camera
  • New sound effects for victory and defeat
  • New iteration of the event UI
  • All placeholder icons are gone
  • New ship propulsion vfx
  • The ship’s radar range is now invisible
  • Ships will keep flying without fuel (at 30% speed)
  • The prompt to refill you fuel and food reserve when leaving a planet or a space station will now only appear when one of them is below 50% to avoid spamming
  • New BGM for hatcheries
  • The countdown in rifts will now stop after the boss’ death
  • New dialog UI
  • The option menu now let’s you adjust the text size
  • Pressing esc on the space map will instantly transfer you to the bridge
  • Escape events will only trigger when kidnapped/imprisoned
  • New fade in and out effect for all objects in the star map
  • Your weapon reticle will now shrink when running


[h2]Bug fixes:[/h2]
  • Infinite treasure chests are no longer a thing (chests don’t go brrrrrrrrrrrr)
  • Playing with a large FOV will not make you dizzy anymore
  • Items should now be picked up correctly
  • Choosing to answer the survey will close the game as intended
  • The sound in the hotel cutscene will now be adjusted with your audio settings
  • And many more bug fixes!!

UPDATE 59: The tutorial

Hello everyone! The tutorial is finally here!


Patch content:
  • Sound effects for hovering, clicking, scrolling, zooming, opening chests, collecting minerals, landing, battles, popups, win, loss, equipment, purchasing, and dialogs have been added

  • The fuel and food system has been completely revamped!
    They will be consumed less rapidly and each space station and planet will allow you to refill when
  • We have added a video tutorial to improve your understanding of the game! (in the future this will be replaced by an in-game tutorial.)

  • New fleet flag interface!

  • Pirates will now stop chasing you if you flee long enough

  • Some elements of the star map have been modified to create a better atmosphere

  • New capsule model

  • Network stability improved in multiplayer

  • The shop system has been overhauled, shops will have more goods, every space station will have a shop and the price of items have been adjusted for a better experience

  • Balance adjustments for battles


Bug fixes:

  • Fleets will now display their correct power level
  • Pirates will no longer surrender at the start of a battle
  • Giant mechs will join battles as intended
  • Ships will no longer be invisible in your inventory
  • Enemies can no longer spawn with all affixes
  • Failed events will no longer bankrupt you
  • The volume settings in the menu and in-game will now be the same



Update 58: Create your own mini adventures!

Hello everyone!
First of all, the bug forbidding some players from entering conquest is fixed!

What else does this update bring you ask?

  • The bridge now incorporates your fleet’s inventory, fleet management and army management.
  • It will also warn you of incoming danger (sound and flashing red lights)
  • The multiplayer menu’s UI has been overhauled
  • SOUND OPTIONS YO! (Everything except music and music, more options will come in the future)
  • You can now create custom adventure events in game!
    Choose the main story, options and rewards. You can add images by uploading them to imgur.
  • The UI has been simplified further and has new keyboard shortcuts (They are displayed on the button)
  • Legendary pirates are coming! Be careful
  • Since the bridge can be used to access all menus, they are now absent from the galactic map HUD.
  • NPCs shouldn't bug anymore
