MULTIPLAYER UPDATE!



As we are working on bringing our 10 players open-galaxy conquest mode, we need to bring multiplayer to all platform and this is coming with this next update! But that's not all! We are still working hard fixing bugs and improving conquest behind the scenes before its first release!
So many things are being done! We are working on the servers, modeling and animating NPCs, implementing new technologies, creating new scenes and cities, adjusting the rules and mechanics, increasing the number of simultaneous AIs without impacting performances, designing new UIs...

We are approaching the release of Conquest and I am as hyped as you are as I can't wait to outplay you all in this game mode!
We have features coming outside of the game as well although I decided to keep it secret for now.

01/22 Update 44 preview

Hello my dear friends!


[h3]It’s that time of the week again, your dearest Anthony and Freeman are bringing you news about the game and the contents of the next patch![/h3]

The content of the patch are down below. Let’s get to the important things first! You dear players voted for 2 new gameplay elements to be added!

Cybertron, the cyber planet inhabited but robots and androids as well as the ability to obliterate a planet! I have posted progress on both of these on our social media, facebook.com/MultiverseVR and @MultiverseLLC on twitter!

But what else are we doing? Well we are working on V1 of the OPEN UNIVERSE conquest mode for example, Anthony (Hi!) has started to write dialogs for future NPCs!

You may remember we also named some buildings for a brand-new area together on Discord! (Https://discord.gg/GBHkyRA) This area is near completion; I can’t wait to share it with you all!

There are many more things coming that we won’t spoil just yet. And waifus. Waifus are coming.

[h2]Content of the next patch:[/h2]
A ton of new VFX! New VFX for all of the Acid Spitter’s weapon cores, New VFX for all destruction/agony mods, a completely remade blackhole and the VFX for the Neo Armstrong Cyclone Jet Armstrong Cannon (grenade launcher) weapon core has been remade as well!

Then new SFX! Explosion sounds, ship destruction sound, gun sounds, and more, even the gun’s bullet casings have a sound effect now!

Moreover, we listen and we’ll prove it once again! No more spawns after the boss of a level has died! Finished! And some bug fixes are on the way as well!

The mannequins will be temporarily removed from the store to be repaired as you all keep shooting at them for no apparent reason.

Lots of bug fixes and ironing for this patch as we focus on bringing you the core features of Conquest by March!

New Simian Sage animation; (GO)

The background will now be blurred when using menus to provide better readability;
New Benchmark accessible from the main menu. (Time to flex!)

[h2]-- Improvement and optimization:[/h2]
Conquest Mode - "Giant in the Plain" Accessible from the main menu again;
Balance has been tweaked (player feedback *).

[h2]-- Bug fixes:[/h2]
[Fixed] Certain mods damage output were abnormally high (420) (player feedback *); (The issue is not completely resolved and the damage going out of control is still a possibility, more adjustments coming in future patches)
[Fixed] Survival Treasure Chests could drop on players and prevent their movements (What are you doing step-chest?) (player feedback *)
[Fixed]The result screen sometimes did not appear after a conquest battle was over (player feedback *).
[Fixed] When refining a weapon, weapon cores attribute would display wrong values (player feedback *)
[Fixed] Rare weapons could become legendary when refined once (player feedback *)
[Fixed] Enhancing weapons sometimes displayed incorrect information (player feedback *)
[Fixed] Fireworks effect glitch when winning the lottery 1st prize
[Fixed] The player model would hold a gun while dancing after winning the lottery 1st prize
[Fixed] DPS would increase when weapons were exchanged several times (player feedback *)
[Fixed] Weapons without a weapon core could have weapon core bonuses (player feedback *)
[Fixed] The option to continue the game would appear when selecting the roguelike mode after entering Conquest Mode (player feedback *).
[Fixed] Refining a weapon displayed wrong information (player feedback *).
[Fixed] The jet-pack talent could bug, causing players to hover and never land (Peter Pan) (player feedback *)
[Fixed] Some text UI elements appeared in another language than the one selected (player feedback *)
[Fixed] Backpack is full after each replacement (player feedback *)
[Fixed] Using dope prevented players from recycling items (player feedback *)
