Mastery Update Is Out. What's Next?
Mastery Update with its expanded character customisation launched nearly two months ago, while version 0.9.46 marked the end of our usual post-patch rapid hotfix period.
So, what are we working on right now?
Both Mastery and Blood Bonds followed a pattern of marrying new content with mechanical expansion, essentially merging two large updates into one. It took considerable development time, but based on your feedback, we knew that deepening character systems was a top priority. And yeah -- it totally was! Bonfire feels much more complete with its current build & party comp diversity and all the ways you can setup your heroes.
Now that the depth is taken care of (more or less), it's time to work on width and simply catch up on content! As such, the next major update won't introduce any significant mechanical changes. Just a lot of... stuff! The main focus is providing you with additional tactical tools: new runes, new skills for each character, new powerful items. Of course on top of the usual slew of new enemies, story segments, endgame quests & other activities, as we continue our march crawl towards the 1.0 target!
