The Most Comprehensive VR Fitness Application Ever Built!
What do you get when you mix the world’s best VR fitness mechanics, add a splash of Viro VR Fitness magic and bring to the boil?
You get the most comprehensive VR Fitness training tool ever!
Viro Move is the indisputable king of room-scale VR Fitness Games
- there you go, I have said it and although I may be criticized for being a little biased - I honestly have no idea which other VR Fitness title offers a more comprehensive workout than Viro Move.
Let me bore you with some Viro Move facts…
The VR fitness genre is heating up – actually most room-scale VR games these days can offer a pretty decent cardio workout. The genre is filled with BeatSaber rhythm games – and why not? Swatting things with your arms in VR is clearly a fun game mechanic which works and has been proven to help people lose weight and get fitter.
But what if you really want to work out in VR? Meaning a comprehensive full-body routine that can tailor itself to your fitness level, your body type?
What if you need an application that tracks your progress and can suggest workout intensity based on your historical training data.
A single Viro Move training session can last between two and a half minutes, typically these are individual leaderboard or tournament challenges.
Viro HIIT training routines are typically 10, 15 or 20-minute interval training sessions depending on the training type you opt to select.
With career mode, you can train for up to an hour if you build a playlist (two hours if you feel particularly energetic). Some early Viro Move fans have been known to play three hours at a time.
In terms of calorie burn — during a two-minute workout at medium/hard level it is possible to burn up to 25 calories — to put that into perspective that’s as much as I can burn in two minutes on an aggressive cycle routine at my gym.

Conditioning Areas:
Our boxing training contains mechanics that simulate close-range jabs, uppercuts, squats while the player hops from one side to the other dodging obstacles. VR Boxing mechanics are a great way to tighten the core and build stamina and of course sweat out the calories.
Taking a tight upper body stance while pivoting and hopping from side to side on the balls of your feet brings about the best results from any VR Boxing training.

Conditioning Areas:
Without a doubt, my weapon of choice — just like BeatSaber other games the upper body arm movements will become fast and precise with practice.
What differentiates Viro Move VR Sword training is our mechanics that promote both accuracy and power. Destroying orbs with accuracy is critical — but when motivated to add extra power to your blows we ensure that your core and arms are being blasted — during medium and hard levels.
Sword training also requires rapid body stretches from side to side which will help players develop their posture and speed. Unlike Viro VR boxing (which incorporates straight leg squatting), during sword training players are commonly moved out of fast squat into an off-balance long angle stretch to the opposite side which is a critical tool for developing agility and flexibility.

Conditioning Areas:
Viro VR shooting training is commonly referred to as the thinking man’s VR fitness game (at least in our office).
Most gamers who play shoot ’em ups will no doubt have a very refined set of hand-eye coordination skills. In Viro’s VR Shooting we build on this by placing extra focus on a wider range of motor development skills while making you creep around the room in a squat position.
If Viro VR Boxing training is our strength builder and Viro VR Sword training is our speed trainer, our shooting training takes care of the other motor skills, i.e. the skills that most VR Fitness games tend to miss :-p
Our VR Shooting training requires slow precise and calculated movements — a calm head and perfect timing is critical if a player is chasing the global (or local) leaderboards. The core elements being built are unlike those of any other VR Fitness game, that I am aware of. Think James Bond on his worst leg day and you might understand what it’s like to train with Viro Shooting on a medium to hard level.

OK, where to begin — it’s just an insane workout. We took three of VR’s most challenging fitness mechanics,
We added our special Viro VR fitness sauce to enhance each then put them into one pot for you to sweat and boil — then we added a manual weapon changing mode.
Playing Viro weapon master in manual mode is like nothing you have ever played before. In easy levels it’s a really interesting game, playing in medium or hard levels is just an insane workout. I will go as far as saying it’s the most dynamically challenging VR workout that has ever been built.
Viro Move VR Weapon Master is the ultimate VR fitness training tool. Nothing in the world of VR Fitness comes even close to this game — end of discussion.
