Added voice and setting auto save

Added voices.
"GAME SETTINGS" and "SOUND SETTINGS" settings are now saved.
The default setting for moving by pressing the same directional key twice has been changed to "No".
(This can be changed in "GAME SETTINGS" -> "DIRECTION MOVE")
