This serves several purposes:
* More space given to existing controls for easier handling (e.g. less scrolling necessary, can view more entries on a list concurrently)
* More space provided for additional controls
* Less cluttered, more "breathing" UI
* TWEAK: Implemented distinct horizon propagation values for different sensor types. Typical factors are 1.23, 1.5, and 1.06 for radar, ESM, and EO/IR respectively. These parameters are defined in the “Electronic Warfare and Radar Systems Engineering Handbook”.
