Bug Fix

-Fixed a bug that cause player being able to go outside the map in lower city.
-Now you cannot trigger free reforge if you do not have enough gold to reforge the selected item.
-Fixed some sound channel mistakes.
-Fixed several bugs that cause the game to crash.
-Tried to fix a bug that cause achievement to fail, need further investigation.
