Added a new boss upgrade

-1 Roll Cost
Potions of mystery default chance of positive effect changed from 60% -> 55%
(Getting a negative mystery potion will increase your next potion chance by 10%)
Lowered Evasion boosts buff from potion of mystery from +20% to 15%
Added a speed cap of 5.3 to Wally's default walking speed. This is to prevent you from moving too fast after picking enough mystery potions.

Potions of mystery default chance of positive effect changed from 60% -> 55%
(Getting a negative mystery potion will increase your next potion chance by 10%)
- Fixed sword not being able to work randomly in game
- Fixed the stamina not being able to recharge after shooting secondary weapons
- Fixed Apples not spawning on the dragon boss fight
- Fixed Baby Manta rays giving you points in the manta boss fight
- Fixed a bug that caused the BOON Spider to not be displayed correctly in Weekly Runs
- Fixed a bug that caused the cape to spawn out of the reach of the clouds.
- Fixed a bug that caused flavor text to not be displayed correctly
- Fixed a bug that caused sword of roses to not lower your sword cost correctly while under 2 stamina cost
- Fixed a bug that spawned money after you lost your chances with the X marks the spot upgrade
- Fixed a bug that cuased the cape of levitation from spawning outside of the clouds
- Fixed a bug that prevented coco from getting the benifit the mystery meat roll upgrade
- Fixed a bug that caused the sword to deflect multiple bullets at a strange interaval delay
- Fixed a bug that occcurred when standing in the potion of mystery range + sad backpack guy;
- Fixed a bug that caued your bullets to move so fast that they missed the enemy collision box
- Fixed a bug that caused poition of mystery to lock the camera
- Fixed a bug that caused the beetle to end the floor transition when it was the second to last enemy
- Fixed a bug that caused the shop music to loop when you left a level while on the shop carpet
- Fixed a bug that caused the goose to not spawn a bomb
- Fixed a bug that caused you to accidentally get the
- Added more transparency on the potion of mystery: -CASH on the text has been changed to -500 CASH
- Fixed a bug that caused the shopkeeper music to play when the player exited while the music was playing
