Boomerang mode update.

Added new settings option for Boomerang run, that will allow you to change between the default (release mouse 1 to return boomerang) to the original launch boomerang version (charge boomerang prior to throwing)

When equipping the boomerang you will also carry a small boomerang.
Boomerang Stamina Cost has also been removed.

To access it, change to the boomerang run in the HUB and then a new setting will appear on the right.
