Dev Log #25: More World Building Progress, Community Spotlight: Bot & Level
Hello Inventors!
Another week, another Dev Log!
As we are currently working on improving World Building for the second iteration. There are still many things that we need to get done before the release, but in the meantime, we hope that you are enjoying World Building V1!
We've seen that levels are being uploaded to the Workshop, which means we will start having two spotlights each week, one for bots and one for levels, how exciting!
We believe that adding logic to the mix will be the difference between night and day when it comes to creating levels. The goal is to make your very own races, competitions, and objectives in your levels.
You can place triggers to activate a bunch of different types of scenarios.
Also, with different base logic cubes , you can use to script your levels.
We will try to have activity-based blocks that you can use like a scoreboard.
You can then connect these to triggers and base logic cubes.
And viola!
Please note that these are very early teasers showing off these elements. These are not final and most things we have featured are subject to change.
As we have introduced our World Building V1 Update, we have noticed a surge in Steam Workshop entries which is amazing to see!
To celebrate this, we are now going to have a full feature called "Community Corner!" into our Dev Log's each week. One Spotlight will feature our usual "Bot Builds" and the other will feature a "World Building creation".

This week's Bot Build is the Bugatti 50T Oldtimer from ADORABLE!
This build has a lovely red chrome effect on the paint work, a small heart at the front for a bit of style and the boot of the car even opens! You could say that this Bugatti is adorable!

This week's World Building Spotlight also goes to ADORABLE!
We took ADORABLE's Bugatti 50T OldTimer for a spin on their F1 Race Track to see how it faired against the wide bends and speedy strips! We spun off but made a great recovery and got back on track in the end!
