Bug Fixes #5

-bug with 0 hp getting stuck
-ctrl menu bug happening for some people
-faster scroll speeds in menus
-white flash from thunders removed as to not harm people with certain conditions
-less one shot kills from environment
-god changes to Odin when entering new stages for some people
-collision shapes improved in Loki's cave
-better balance with drop rarities
-Archer: True Seeker Skill Arrows fixed
