Completely reworked the script that calculates war declarations, balancing it will be much easier now.
Reworked "Mermaid -> Other Reign" war declarations. They now don't care about how much the enemy has expanded its dominion in the Kingdom (since they won't take possession of most territories)
The Succubus kind of Desert Progeny can now fly at night
Reworked many items to include side effects/power-ups when the wearer reaches certain amounts of Love (mainly) / Lust / Power / Wealth!
