Here's the second fix for v0.17.10! No more broken ass dragons hatching from eggs

• Sailor for the passenger ship in Hammerhead port at night too
  
• Hippopotus breaking on later encounters if slain while shaking
  
• Cat Princess being
• spoiler* during her Route now triggers the correct Game Over illustration
  
• Difficulty menu removed at the beginning of the game (isn't reflected in the new Battle System anymore)
  
• Eggs hatching with too many points to distribute when there's other high-leveled party members
  
• Goz war predictions fixed
