Cavity Busters Update 32 hotfix 2

fixed a bug where players could access content not technically in the game
fixed a bug with maw breaker that caused a crash. took away tooth feeding mechanic till i figure out why it's crashing.
fixed pull tooth sequence opening when trying to dig
skull monumeat gives less rewards
enemy botter no longer shoots a seeking bullet on hardmode
