What to do when items disappear from the toolbar and backpack

Early hotfix patch may lead to a bug that your items in the tool bar and backpack would disappear.
Please follow these steps to solve this problem:
1, Exit the game
2, Load the save
3, Drink/abandon the Yakmel milk from the quest: A Fake Friend
