Destiny 2: The Witch Queen's Savathûn is two Lady Dimitrescus tall

The first peek of Destiny 2's next expansion, The Witch Queen, has the Internet engaging in its favourite activity: fawning over monstrous tall women who might murder you. Ahead of the big reveal-o event later today, Bungie released a wee teaser video introducing us to its incarnation of Savathûn, and yes of course she's a giant lady with a sexy voice. To placate/tempt/rile pervs, Bungie have confirmed that the Hive god of trickery, in this form, stands about 21 feet tall. This is going to be the horniest fan reception yet, isn't it.

Destiny 2: Season of the Lost is almost here and along with it comes The Witch Queen reveal trailer. Little is known about the upcoming season and next year's big expansion, but I've already waited seven years, so what's a few more hours?..

Today, Bungie is hosting a special livestream for Destiny 2, and the developer has outlined that we'll hear more about incoming expansion Witch Queen during this event.

Bungie's Witch Queen reveal stream is set to (unofficially) kick off gamescom week, and as such the company has said it'll go live today at 9 AM PT / 12 PM ET / 5pm BST.

Bungie is set to properly reveal the next major Destiny 2 expansion tomorrow, and in the lead up they've issued the above 15 second teaser trailer. As has already been established, the new adventure will prominently feature Savathûn as the antagonist, who has managed to get onto most Guardians' shit lists due to her apocalyptic treatment of the Last City. That's Savathûn in the trailer above, listlessly bathing in a lake littered with corpses. Nice...
