X-rated Baldur's Gate 3 bug lets you see a little too much of Astarion

I, like many foolish mortals, chose to romance Astarion in Baldur's Gate 3. He's insufferable and he's manipulative, but he does that annoying little 'yes?' when you greet him at camp that just destroys you (and by you I mean, well, me). If you were dumped by the RPG game's most coveted companion, then I have good news for you: a new Baldur's Gate 3 bug lets you see, erm, see parts of him you would only see if you followed our Baldur's Gate Astarion guide to the letter.

Baldur's Gate 3 Patch 2 - Version 4.1.1.3686210 patch notes

A new patch for Baldur's Gate 3 was detailed earlier this week in a Community Update from Larian, and it boasted plenty of performance optimisation and shiny new features for players to be excited about. Now, it’s finally here.

This patch is a direct result of feedback from players, who have been very vocal about their qualms with the game, as well as how much they love it. Larian Studios has listened, and is seemingly working very hard to deliver what players are requesting; that’s bug fixes, additional content (yes, even more!), and some quality-of-life additions.

For example, the ability to kick custom co-op party members from your party finally. Thank God!

Baldur's Gate 3's second major patch is here, as teased earlier this week. It expands Karlach's character epilogue, as the first of several such expansions that Larian have planned, as well as improving performance fixing hundreds more bugs.

Baldur's Gate 3 patch 2 is live now, with lots of bug fixes, UI improvements, and general performance boosts. It also gives you a way to resolve other player characters being stuck in your party forever if you'd rather return to a solo adventure in the landmark RPG game. The full Baldur's Gate 3 patch notes also include some additional scenes to help deliver the world's best companion, Karlach, some more contemplation and resolution to her narrative.
