Hoarders rejoice - this Baldur's Gate 3 mod makes inventory management easy

Like all great RPGs, Baldur's Gate 3 allows players to give in to their base instinct to pick up everything and anything they come across. Shinies, food, swords they'll never use and more. The problem is that doing so is sure to clog up your inventory, making it hard to find stuff that's actually useful when you need it.

Enter Liareth - a mod maker who uploaded their latest creation Bags Bags Bags on Nexusmods. On the popular PC gaming mod platform, Baldur's Gate 3 players can download it to grant themselves a selection of special containers that lets you sort all your junk into neat, labelled bags.

So lets say you want to quickly send all your scrolls to Gale, so he can go through and learn them all. Instead of manually dragging each scroll over, you'll have a container labelled "scrolls" in your inventory where they'll all be placed on pick-up (kind of like your alchemy pouch or key ring). From there, you can either open it up and browse your collection, or send the entire scroll bag to Gale at once.

Baldur's Gate 3 is a grand, sprawling RPG from Larian Studios that has had many of its players tied up since its release. While many of us are exploring what this fantasy world has to offer in terms of secret paths, loot, and its overarching story, some players are seeing how fast they can have sex with their companions. Fair enough.

I can’t say that I’m surprised, and I can’t say that I blame them either.

Some of the companions available in Baldur’s Gate 3 switch up their attitudes towards you so quickly that I’d be lying if I said my curiosity wasn’t piqued by just how fast players can go from mere acquaintances to swapping saliva.

My best memories of Dungeons & Dragons are all from the first couple sessions, where your party is operating on a level somewhere between the gang from It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia and Blood Meridian. You are five broke hobos who will do absolutely anything to survive. You're ambushing people in dark corners with hammers like the elevator scene in Drive. You're pushing knights wearing heavy armor into small ponds and drowning them. You're breaking into houses and dead sprinting to where the valuables are because you cannot pass the stealth check. It's always a blast, and Baldur's Gate 3 totally realizes that early game spontaneity and inventiveness by embracing the principles of the immersive sim, a genre associated with many of the classics of PC gaming...
