Baldur's Gate 3 gets more Steam Deck improvements in Hotfix 35 with their native version

Larian have updated Baldur's Gate 3 with Hotfix #35, which includes more improvements to their Native Linux build supported on the Steam Deck with SteamOS.

[p]Hello folks, [/p][p]We’re dropping by to serve up a small hotfix today![/p][p][/p][p]Focusing mainly on improving performance, this update should resolve some crashes on consoles and address certain issues on the Steam Deck. We’ve also gone ahead and bumped the default Upscaling Type from FSR 1 to FSR 2.2 on Steam Deck Native, which should result in sharper visuals overall. [/p][p][/p][p]We hope you’re all staying warm during sweater weather (or cool during sensible thin cardigan weather in the southern hemisphere).

  • [p]Fixed a freeze on PS5 that could occur when pressing L2.[/p]
  • [p]Fixed a crash on Xbox on the host's end when a client leaves a multiplayer session.[/p]
  • [p]Fixed a crash on Xbox on the client's end when suspending the game while loading into a multiplayer session.[/p]
  • [p]Fixed a crash on Steam Deck Native Build and Mac that was sometimes caused when saving the game after crafting.[/p]
  • [p]Fixed a potential crash on Mac on the host's end during cross-play.[/p]
  • [p]Fixed some potential crashes on Steam Deck during cross-play.

  • [p]Fixed a crash on startup when the EN locale is missing on Steam Deck.[/p]
