How to save in Baldur's Gate 3

Baldur's Gate 3 Githyanki race overview

Who are the Baldur's Gate 3 Githyanki? Githyanki are specific to Dungeons and Dragons. Enslaved by the Mind Flayers - Baldur's Gate 3's big bads - for millennia. Githyanki hail from the Astral Zone, and are unparalleled warriors known for their silver blades and the red dragons they ride into battle. Their goal now is the complete destruction of the Mind Flayers. While they are humanoids, Githyanki stand out due to their mottled yellow and green skin, long, pointed ears, and small noses.

The Githyanki are introduced early in the Baldur's Gate 3 story, entering the fray in a way we all hope to one day; atop a dragon, tearing their enemies limb from limb. With the Baldur's Gate 3 release date right around the corner, you're going to want to know everything this race before you build your character. Baldur's Gate 3 respec explained

Can you respec in Baldur's Gate 3? A big question for players coming into the RPG game, and for those familiar with the respec options in Divinity Original Sin 2, is are we able to, and how soon can we, respec our characters in BG3?

In the inevitability that we change our mind about our chosen BG3 class, or make a mistake with our character, having a respec option is a vital part of the game. DOS2 has the option to fully respec your character using a Magic Mirror available at the beginning of Act 2, but Larian Studios added an extra option in a further update for players to respec at the beginning of the game. With any luck, Larian could add something to the game after the Baldur's Gate 3 release date to make this process smoother. So, how will it work in Baldur's Gate 3?

Baldur's Gate 3 Minthara companion guide

Who is Minthara in Baldur's Gate 3? Minthara is a potential companion that most players will not recruit due to the cruelty required to get her to join your party. As a Drow Paladin, however, she will make a valuable ally for the evilly inclined. Combining both melee prowess and healing abilities earned from her deity, she can tank hits while keeping herself and your party - those that stick around after you recruit her, that is - alive.

If you're curious what other options Paladins have at their disposal before the Baldur's Gate 3 release date arrives, check out our class guide. Minthara herself is a Lolth-Sworn Drow, which basically means she's a tad more evil than her Seldarine cousins. If all that sounds like a demonic language to you, our guide on the many BG3 races and their numerous subraces has you covered. With all that knowledge under your belt, you're ready to find out what Minthara offers your party.
