Even this Baldur’s Gate 3 dev thinks that Xbox porting games to PS5 is a good thing, so calm down

Are you sitting down? Good. Xbox is reportedly considering bringing Indiana Jones and the Great Circle and Starfield to PS5 down the line.

Hopefully you’ve managed to hear that without firing up Twitter or your email service of choice to type out an angry/disappointed message either aimed at Xbox’s execs or simply declaring that the sky is falling. Especially if you did something similar after seeing those reports about Hi-Fi Rush last week.

Yup, The Verge has reported that Indiana Jones and the Great Circle, which we got a nice first look at during the most recent Developer Direct, could be coming to PS5 sometime after it hits Xbox and PC later this year. Apparently this is just one part of a fresh strategy from Xbox that’ll see the publisher put out more of the games it'd previously used as exclusives across multiple platforms.

Dragon Age: Origins gave you a dog—a rumple-faced mabari war hound who could dig up items, mark territory to earn buffs, and fight alongside you. He was great, and I loved him. Baldur's Gate 3 mod gives its tooltips a much needed upgrade

Baldur's Gate 3 has a seemingly infinite amount of depth, both in its characters as well as its combat systems. Utilizing each of the items and pieces of gear you come across on your journey in the Forgotten Realms is crucial to maximizing the power of each of the characters in your party. Although the game demands extensive knowledge of all its systems, not every item has a clear description of its classifications and exactly what it does. Palworld can't dethrone BG3 as top Steam Deck games revealed

The most played Steam Deck games for January 2024 have been revealed, and while it may not be surprising to see Baldur's Gate 3 top the list again, there's this little indie hit called Palworld quickly closing in on the crown.

Baldur's Gate 3 is among the best Steam Deck games you can play, and its verified rating tells you there's no extra input needed from you to get it running great. Palworld, however, only holds a playable rating, so to see it debut at number 2 in the most played list, after only launching on January 19, is quite the feat.
