Patch 0.886: Cloud stuff

Changelog:
+ fixed quest heroes max limit (thx Sever)
+ fixed some problems with cloud saves that included not-latin symbols (thx MADstan)
+ decreased saves size (remove temp battle logs from them, and yes, I do know that they do not suppose to be there in the first place)
