ENDLESS RPG v1.000!!!



Hello everybody! How are you today? This is it! Endless RPG come to an end of its development with this update! Just as planned and promissed, all features are there. Me and my brother would like to thank each and everyone of you that helped us along the way. Your feedback were invaluable to us. We tried to make things that you suggested and we are sorry for things that we couldn't change.

I will still maintain and correct any bugs that pops up and respond the to questions on the discussion board. I hope you have fun with the game, it's more than 20h (possibily 40h) hours long and it never really ends as you could move your group from a world to another or create another party entirely. =]

These are the features of this version:
  • The Root of All Evil: a quest that spawns everytime you destroy an Evil Center or an Evil Agent
  • Building Quest: you can now give money to a Town for it to build structures
  • Save System: a save system that is more inline with other mainstream games
  • Bug Bash:
    • Try Save routine, that prevents save files corruption
    • Grow Bushes skill on top of rocks
    • Crash on Debug when flee combat
    • MultiStrike not causing Flank


Endless RPG Almost Done



Hello everybody! How are you? As December approaches I am happy to announce that we are getting to the end phase of Endless RPG. There are 2 features left:
  • The Building Quest: that allows the player to help a town to construct new buildings;
  • The Root of All Evil: a quest line that will spawn from Evil Centers. When completed that kind of Evil Center will not pop up anymore;


I plan to deliver on early December and then move on to new projects. I will, for sure, still address bugs and answer this forum.

It’s been a pleasure to talk to everyone here, thank you so very much for your support. I tried my best to keep up with your expectations and avoid over promising (even if that meant to lose sales). I hope I could achieve that and give you a simple game that is just fun. =]

Hello everyone! How are you? I've making some good progress in the past few days and now I would like to share with you the Evil Agents Update! They will appear on the map and spread chaos in the world. Shrinking villages, spreading lies, razing every building and making a never ending night. Only your team will be able to defeat them.

I hope you find this entertaining and agents definetly adds a dynamic challenge to the world. Tell me your thoughts about it! =]


[FIX] World Log, yellow message bottom left corner, put a 10s delay and obey pause
[Outcasts] Show quest button, but disabled
[FIX] On Rune Drop: don't allow Death Touch and Chain Soul
[Agent] Boss Skill
[Agent] Main Engine:
  • Chance to Spawn same as Evil Centers
  • Maximum of 3 agents
  • Troops setup
  • Refresh troops everyday
  • Level up 10% chance
  • All objects and sprites
  • Save/Load
  • Class Gear, Stats, Skills, Race and Appearence
  • On Combat Flee: if the boss is killed transform it in a Bandit Loner
  • On Map Query: flavor text by agent type
  • Radar variables (to be or not attacked or attack)

[Agent] The Silver Tongue:
  • Don’t attack anyone and can’t be attacked
  • Go from town to town
  • Make them hate each other
  • Reputation -10 per Silver Tongue level distributed across the towns (can repeat a town)
  • Exclamation mark before making the effect

[Agent] The Plague Bringer:
  • Don’t attack anyone and can’t be attacked
  • Go from town to town
  • Reduces a Town’s level (minimum of 1)
  • Heavy Rain on effect

[Agent] The Waaargh:
  • Attacks everything
  • Wanders around
  • Spawn Troops
  • Troops attack the surroundings
  • Troops gravitate around the Chief
  • Waaargh particles
  • Waaargh sound if player is close

[Agent] The Void Herald:
  • Don’t attack anyone and can’t be attacked
  • Flavor Text
  • Behavior if:
  • - Are there less Seals than my level?
  • - Am I 8 squares far from any building?
  • - Am I 20 squares far from other seal?
  • - Create a Seal
  • Seal:
  • - As Troop, but can’t be attacked, speed zero, no radar
  • - Replenish troops as the amount of Seals
  • When 3 Seals are open:
  • - Always night
  • - More clouds
  • - Night on Combat

[FIX] Map Log, leave it for longer, triple the time
[FIX] “Dancing troops”, extend the troops attack range to engage in Tile*1.25 distance
[BUG] Town without buildings or resources could generate absurd items in the shop
[BUG] When entering and exiting the Town in a fast manner after completing a quest you can receive it multiple times

Hello everybody! It's been a busy month, but the Outcast quest line is finally out! Go from town to town to and integrate or vanquish the pariah races. I hope you like them. The next update will be about the agents that roam the world and mess with everything. Stay tuned! =]

    • Shows on Town that player have reputation 75 or higher and flag == "NORMAL"
    • Flavor text for each quest on town

Hi everyone! I was a little busy in this last update doing some new things. A big one is ready! Our artist, Nikky Orizano, finished all world sprites. I hope you like them. Also, another big one is brewing, the Pariah are being prepared and some variables are already in place on this new version. They ar not completely ready, but we are woking on it! =]
