Tabletop wizard and cool glasses-wearer Mike Pondsmith has teased having "ways" to bring Johnny Silverhand back in Cyberpunk 2077's sequel. Actor and serial whoa merchant Keanu Reeves hasn't been shy about being open to reprising the role were the opportunity to crash through his door waving some mantis blades about, but reconciling such a thing with the events of the first game could prove a bit complex.

This isn't the first time Pondsmith's let loose potential details about Cyberpunk 2, which developers CD Projekt have otherwise remained pretty tight-lipped about while they work away at it. Back in May, he alluded to having chatted to a dev at the studio about a city which "feels more like Chicago gone wrong" that's visited during the course of the game.

Egotist, terrorist, lovable scamp: these are descriptors I associate with Johnny Silverhand, the Cyberpunk setting's mashup of David Bowie and Andreas Baader, who was played by Keanu Reeves in Cyberpunk 2077. Reeves, god bless him, hasn't been shy about voicing his desire to play the character again. Which sounds like it'd be pretty tough, given his story is pretty well wrapped-up in 2077 and his actual mortal body has already been dead for decades by that game's start...

Cyberpunk 2077 can now serve daily word puzzles thanks to a mod called Gonkle, and the answer's probably choom

The word choom gets on my nerves a bit, to be honest. Probably because it feels like it's said every five minutes in Cyberpunk 2077. There's now a mod which might persuade me to reverse my stance, though. It's called Gonkle and allows the game to serve you daily Wordle-style puzzles which might improve your Cyberpunk vocabulary.
