Update 59.1

Open testing has been completed and version 59.1 is now becoming the main one. Thanks to everyone who took part in the testing.

Version Changes:

• Adjusted the brightness and contrast of reflections of water, light, and the overall picture
  
• Separate settings for enabling/disabling sky effects are made in the game settings
  
• Anti-aliasing and color filters have been adjusted, DOF and Bloom effects have been removed from the game
  
• General optimization of the game client
