1.02 fixes and minor additions

• One Hit Difficulty now skips to "first checkpoint", start with dodge, skips early cutscenes
• echo slash rune cooldown now only resets when shot
• echo slash rune cooldown 4 > 4.5 sec
• slowmotion removed for some pickups when autocutsceneskip is on
• Twitch Room Crash fixes

I apologize to anyone who had a save file before 1.01, the issue of pickups resetting should no longer occur.
