Venture Seas - Rollback to HotFix #1

Apologies, but I've had to rollback the latest hotfix due to it causing a new crash during all combat encounters! I'll work on a substantially fixed release soon!

- Dismissing and hiring a new combat crewmember may cause a crash - [Mender] class crewman will cause a crash in combat(temporary)
