To all Commanders: Improvements & Plans
[p]Hard to believe we're already reaching the tail end of 2025.[/p][p][/p][p]The weather in Hangzhou has been full of sunshine lately, but it's getting colder by the day. People on the team have been catching colds, recovering, then catching colds again.[/p][p]Hopefully you've been staying healthy and doing well.[/p][p][/p][p]This month's update might not look very "big" from the outside — and that's totally understandable. But honestly, the team has been working overtime more than ever. Most of the work recently has been on deep system improvements, redesigns, and constant testing. It's a lot, and only part of it is visible right now. The rest will show up gradually in future versions.[/p][p][/p][p]Some of you might have already noticed from the skill adjustments: our design philosophy is shifting. We want deeper team synergies, more balanced playstyles, and new mechanics that make building lineups more interesting. What you've seen so far is just a small step in a much bigger plan.[/p][p][/p][p]We're making changes very carefully — we don't want to break anyone's experience while upgrading the combat core of the game. We're watching feedback closely and will keep polishing along the way.[/p][p][/p]
A little preview of what we're working on
[p]• New Otherrealm stages coming with the late-December update[/p][p]• A big increase in skin content — and more ways to earn rare skins for free[/p][p]• Skins coming to the Steam Marketplace for trading[/p][p]• Higher character visual quality across the board[/p][p]• More idle / life-skill elements to boost the in-game economy[/p][p]• Lower "energy drain" for players — easier AFK progress, and more strategy-based efficiency (yes… maybe a bit of Palworld inspiration)[/p][p][/p][p]And just like that, another year is almost over.[/p][p]One more year added to an old guy who loves making games.[/p][p]I hope I stay happy — and I hope you always stay young at heart.[/p][p]Until next time. ❤️[/p]
