Preview of Gem Effect Adjument On Next Version

Dear Commander:
In order to adjust the game value frame and prepare for future update, we are planing to adjust part of Gem Set effect
Below are expected adjustment information

I Attack power +2% Original: Attack power +100
II Attack Speed increased by 15% Original: Normal Attack Damage +10%
III Normal Attack Damage +5% Original: Attack Speed +25%



Occultist
I Spell Mastery +2 Original: Spell Power +100
II Max Rage +100 Original: Spell Power +5%
III Spell Power +5% Original: Cooldown Reduction +10%

Raging Beast
I Physical Mastery +2 Original: Physical strength increased by 100
II Attack Speed +10% Original: Attack Speed +5%
III Physical Power +5% Original: Physical Power +10%

Arachnia
I Mentality Mastery +2 Original: Spell Power +150
II Crit Damage reduction +25% Original: Cooldown Reduction +5%
III +15% HP Original: Healing Effect +12%

Wolverine
I Assassins’ Critical Rate +10%(same)
II Dodge +10% Original: Dodge +12%
III Grant Assassins the [Fulminator] effect(same)

Voltaic Vulpes

II damage increased by 20% and Frozen Damage increased by 50% for Chilled targets Original:Normal attacks have a 25% chance of inflicting Chill
III Normal attacks have 3% chance of inflicting Chill Original:Frost damage increased by 20% and Frozen Damage increased by 50% for Chilled targets

Evil Eye
I After killing an enemy, Damage +20% for 5 seconds Original: Critical Damage +25%
II skill critical strike rate +5% Original: Physical Power of Hunters +12%
III Critical Damage +35% Original: After killing an enemy, Damage +20% for 5 seconds

Rime Phoenix
I Frost Penetration +15 Original: Ice Resistance +15
II frost damage+10% Original: Frozen Duration -50%
III Wearer's normal attack hits will have 20% cahance of triggering special effect, freeze target and enemies with in 3 meter for 1 second, dealt 100% physical&spell strength damage.(CD: 1s)
Original:When a party member is chilled, forcibly remove the Chill debuff and inflict a Frost Explosion to enemies within 5 meters. Causing [350+100% spell & physical power] frost damage, ICD 1 second.
