Vina was urgently called back to her hometown. She never expected to meet that girl again. Her sister, Wingless Dragonborn, Chilo.
Chilo was judged as a cursed vermin by the Immortal Dragon when she was born. She stood accused of parricide years ago for she killed her foster parents. Thus, she was punished. Her horn was broken and she was threw down from the cliff to feed the beasts.
Almost everyone thought Chilo was died. However, she's alive and she came back. She decided to got revenge on all the dragonborns. Her first aim was the Immortal Dragon.
Vina engaged in combat with her. In their battle, Vina was on the back foot. And Chilo didn't seem to feel pain, her attack was continuous, vicious and crazy, yet she avoid Vina's vitals on purpose. It seemed that she gave Vina a break just beacuse she wanted to torture Vina a few more times.
In order to guard the sleeping Immortal Dragon, Vina fended off Chilo's slash with her body. It almost killed her.
At the same time, the Immortal Dragon awoke. It blessed Vina's dragon blood and saved her life. The blessing blood gave Vina a new power and with this power, she beat off Chilo successfully.

"You cursed jerk." That's many clansmen called Chilo.
Vina hated that name. Every time she heard someone called Chilo that, she would cover Chilo's ears and glared at them. Chilo was considerate. When she went out, she would bring back gifts for Vina, such as shiny stones, flowers, and little frogs. Chilo was persuadable. Vina would listen to the reason why she was angry, and help her to defend. And if it was her mistake, Vina would criticize her. At that time, Chilo always held her arms and promised in a small voice that she would never do it again.
Chilo was Vina's best friend. Chilo was Vina's family.
Chilo wasn't a cursed jerk.

But Chilo destroyed their family. She killed their foster parents.
