Dear Commander:

During a recent temporary maintenance, due to configuration issues, we mistakenly added the still-in-progress new Blackguard - SS Support - Endelyon's Summoning configuration to the Crystal Altar.

Due to this configuration problem, some players obtained this black guard in advance. Even if Endelyon's information cannot be viewed and cannot be entered into the battle, the arena lineup will still be abnormal after the player add Endelyon to the lineup, and the lineup will affect other players' arena battle and report errors, thus affecting other players' arena experience.

After locating the problem, in order to ensure the normal operation of the game, we urgently stopped the server and removed the Endelyon data from the 5 players who have already obtained the black guard in a short period after maintenence ends.

If there are players affected by the removal, please join the discord server immediately and contact the community administrator.

The administrator will give you refund based on the actual Black Guard obtain history, and SS Mage - Frozen Heart will be issued as compensation to players whose Endelyon data has been removed.

Recently, we found that some players would pop up the prompt "unallowed behavior" when pulling cards, and after re-entering the game, they found that the amount of diamonds became negative.

After checking, we found that because of server problem, sometimes clicking too fast will automatically do a 10-pulls. This problem occurs even when the diamond is not enough for a 10-pulls. After the server do a 10-pulls, the player need to re-enter the game to refresh the amount of diamonds. Therefore, if the diamonds are insufficient, the prompt "Not Allowed Behavior" will pop up. At the same time, it leads to the problem of negative amount display of diamonds. The amount of diamonds is not disappeared, but is consumed by the server's "loan" pulling, and the cards are actually in player's account.

We are deeply sorry for the inconvenience caused by the above problems, the problem has been addressed at present, and it will be fixed after the latest server maintaining.

The game was finally launched in the EA version. To be honest, the first day was not smooth. We encountered various accidents. For example, because the official review was too long, players could not download EA client, so we had to let players download the DEMO client first, which confused many players.

If you are still using the DEMO client, please download the EA client to play the game, which is also helpful to us. Don't worry, the data in the server is the same.

Well, let's share our plans for the August:

1. Reduce the burden on players
We will make some optimizations to make it easier for players to experience the game:
Increased the upper limit of loot backpacks;
Auto-battle in Tower of Suncaller will no longer be turned off automatically;
Auto-battle require more failed times before automatically turn off; slaying elite monsters will get a lot of EXP and loots, increase the idle efficiency to avoid unnecessary idle.

2. New in-game Handbook
It is a system similar to achievement collection and information viewing, players can get more information through the Handbook system, such as character that has been collected and waiting to be collected. And it is a collection system with rewards, you can get rewards after collect new characters.

3. Difficulty system open
Players will challenge stages of difficult and nightmare level. Although the stage difficulty will be increased, which will test the depth of the player's team, at the same time, this means a large amount of diamond rewards.

4. Greater Rift System
It's similar to Diablo 3's Greater Rift, players will challenge an endless level, with more battles, more rare equipments and various legendary badges waiting for players.
