It was our fault. So sorry for the unsatisfied experience to our players!

We have reflected deeply on some of the issues in this testing. We promise in next testing the game will support English, and the bugs existed in this testing will be fixed! Especially the blue screen bug. Furthermore, we will try our best to bring a perfect experience to our players.

Hi, we still found there are some players who are on EU server were still unable to start the game, we are so sorry for the inconvenience. About this problem, we are still figuring out it, and we need the help from you if you can't start the game.

Here are the information that we need, please leave a comment:

1: Your OS of your computer.
2: What's status of EU server on the server list.

What's more, there is a log file in the following folder path: Disk C > "Your computer account" > AppData > Locallow > QHS. If it's convenient for you, you can send an E-mail to [email protected] with the "output_log" file as an attachment.

We noticed that some players meet the same problem when start the game, the demo stuck at 100% on the loading when starting new game.

For these players, here are two ways to solve the problem:

1. Change the language of the game to "CNS" on the game start interface, you can click "ESC" to select Setting - Language and change it.
(The game does not support English for now, we will add multi-language support in the next testing, including English, French, German, Russian, Spanish, Portuguese, Korean, etc.)

2. Check the local save data on the following folder path: C > "Your computer account" > AppData > Locallow > QHS, and delete all files under "QHS" floder, then restart the game.

The limited file deletion testing will start at 10:00, 25th Aug., and is expected to end at 10:00, 1st Sep., (Duration according to Beijing time.). The game will not be able to log in after the testing duration ended. During the testing period, the duration time will be extended for 1-7 days depending on the situation. This testing is for PC only and will be conducted on Steam. During the duration, you can search the Steam store and download the game Demo on the store page to participate in the testing.
