The Crimson Diamond will launch on August 15, 2024! Thanks to everyone for your patience and support. This has been a long and amazing journey. We're almost there!

The Crimson Diamond demo has been reactivated! It's new and improved. There is now a menu bar that pops up when the cursor is moved to the top of the screen, and in-game map you can obtain (no fast travel, though!), and a few more cupboard contents. And best of all, bug fixes!

The game is also in June's Steam Next Fest and the Women-Led Games event. I'll be doing a special stream from The Crimson Diamond Steam store page showing the new demo on Monday, June 10 at 8pm Eastern! I'll also be happy to answer any questions about The Crimson Diamond's development! Hope to see you there!

Hello, everyone!

A new demo is in the works. It will feature completed introductory sequence art, a bit of new (cupboard) content, and a retro-style pop-up menu bar you can access by moving the cursor to the top of the screen!

In preparation for this, I'll be deactivating the current demo on Monday, May 27. You'll have the weekend to play the demo in its current state before it'll no longer be available!

But don't worry, the new and improved demo will be releasing on June 6, synchronized with the IGN Live Preshow, where a NEW trailer for The Crimson Diamond will debut, along with the launch date for the FULL GAME! At last!

I will also be streaming the new demo from The Crimson Diamond's store page during the June Steam Next Fest, showing the improvements. Stay tuned!

Kimi Kishiro is partially based on one of Julia's grandmothers, an early Canadian-born Japanese. AdventureX is an amazing event! Julia stealthily updated The Crimson Diamond demo in anticipation of AdventureX. No new story bits have been added, but there are some graphics upgrades in the intro sequence and bug fixes. Julia will play through the demo, show the new graphics, and answer questions about the game's development!

BONUS! Julia will talk about what she saw and did at AdventureX 2023 and if there's time, show some photos from her trip!
