Hotfix 0.23.13

Fix a problem with custom part properties that prevented creation of valid save files,
Check if there is enough room for another gun when creating new gun from parts,
Some extra checks for save/load to prevent possibility of corrupt data and provide more granular information if there's any problem detected.
