In the latest update, we’re introducing new mechanics that will elevate the level of customization for your weapons. A key element of the update is the ability to use various types of hardwood, dedicated to specialized gunsmithing tasks. Among the available options, you’ll find species such as oak or birch, as well as many others, including exotic varieties.
The new possibilities also open the door to experimenting with techniques such as checkering and staining. Checkering is the art of cutting patterns on the weapon grip, not only for visual appeal but also to improve grip. Specially designed tools for checkering have been developed for this purpose. Take a closer look at this process below!
And now, staining! It's not just a change of color but a true magic highlighting the natural characteristics of wood, creating a masterpiece. Discover the effects of this process in the following graphic.
