Hey everyone,

Rune Knights now supports French, Italian, German, Spanish, Portuguese, Russian, and Simplified Chinese languages.

[h2]BALANCE[/h2]
Summoning Overhaul
  • Added information about certain summons' damage resistance to their skill description.
  • Reduced damage reduction on Summoned Bear and Demon Wolf, and increased health to compensate.
  • Increased Demon Wolf's health scaling, final health increase at level 30 of about 13%.
  • Capped summon damage resistance to 75%.
  • Cerridwen: Symbiosis - You now receive 5% of damage taken by minions.


  • Reduced Thunderbolt damage from 75% to 65% spell damage.
  • Decreased caps on Reduced Mana Cost and Cooldown Reduction from 75% to 50%.
  • Reduced base CDR per mod from 5% to 3%, reduced scaling per level from .3% to .2%
  • Blink Arrow now instantly teleports you upon reaching max range. Max height attainable is 500 units.
  • Removed mana cost on Summon Troll Lord.
  • Whirlwind now procs "melee attack" effects.
  • Super: Wrath of Ehtiras damage increased to 100% combined weapon damage per second from 30%, now deals spell damage as intended to proc the Spellblade talent.
  • Attack Speed gained from Zabaoth: Berserker doubled.
  • Reduced the amount of enemies that can spawn per encounter on Forest, Icewastes, and Cave maps
  • Spiders can no longer swarm a target with charge attacks
  • Summoned Demon Wolf damage reduction increased from 20% to 30%
  • Thunderbolt projectile speed increased by 30%
  • Infinite Arena: Doubled the chance of wave completion rewards to roll an additional +1, and increased the quality of loot overall, including legendary drop chances
  • Increased gold reward from all quests
  • Added Staff/Focus requirements back to Cerridwen: Summon Troll Lord.
  • Cerridwen: Swapped the positions of Potion of Recall and Infusion on the tree.
  • Whirlwind no longer applies spell effects from Legendary items which require "Basic attacks".
  • Removed 1 spider from the troll encounter in Act 1 Castle.
  • Increased Summon Demon Wolf mana cost from 75 to 125.
  • Magic Missile fire rate now affected by Cooldown Reduction.
  • Flame Dash cooldown increased from 5 to 8 seconds.
  • A target cannot be hitstunned by Flash Dagger more than once every 6 seconds. A particle effect will show while targets are immune.
  • Heavy Knights have learned from their spider brethren and now respect the rules of dueling. Only one Heavy Knight can charge a player at a time.


Summon Bear Rebalancing
Old values: Cooldown 8 seconds, mana cost 125, base health 300
New values: Cooldown 15 seconds, mana cost 150, base health 200

[h2]IMPROVED[/h2]
  • All MTX can now be universally applied to gear, and applies the proper equipment model.
  • Stash is now filterable, scrollable, and has more expansion available. (Filter functions can be very processor-intensive currently)
  • Reduced the radius of Rampage's ground slam to more accurately reflect the damage area indicator.
  • Clarified the effect of some legendary weapons to use the wording "Basic attacks".
  • Skill icons for Supers now display in red if weapon requirements are not met.
  • Clarified the weapon requirements for Supers in the talent description.
  • Reduced the volume of the electricity buff placed on enemies.
  • Merchant prompts now reappear after closing your inventory - no more moving back and forth to reactivate
  • Minions now teleport to you on starting meditation.
  • Updated models and materials of loot crystals.
  • Added new cursor art to main menu.
  • Clarified that Heightened Spell and Greater Heightened increase damage and mana cost of all damaging abilities.
  • When you interrupt one of your abilities with a dodge roll, mana cost is refunded and cooldown is not incurred.
  • Improved AI pathfinding on Avatar's Reach
  • Minion and enemy AI and target acquisition improved.
  • Summoned Bears are no longer able to be pushed by other units.
  • Summoned Bear and Troll Lord taunts are now continuous and taunt much more reliably.
  • Ravager boss can now be hitstunned as intended.
  • Increased the time between Ravager leaps.
  • Improved the timing and animation speed of 2 hand melee animations to better reflect expected DPS and attack speed values.
  • Improved Taunt behavior

  • Pointer art updated.
  • Updated icon for Face of Death
  • Updated equipment slot art while empty.
  • Characters that die while flying will now fall to earth.
  • Added screen shake to Leap Smash.

  • Fixed tutorial bug
  • Fixed Summon Troll Lord not consuming Super Charge
  • Fixed crafting item amount in inventory not updating after being used.
  • Fix for talents not being applied for connected clients.
  • Fixed Sendatu's Crown not applying Bonus Damage as intended.
  • Fixed a bug with Act 2 Boss' melee range.
  • Fixed items not being removed when selling.
  • Fixed Whirlwind not dealing damage to enemies.
  • Fixed mod slot visuals not updating after using Endeavor on an item in your inventory.
  • Fixed equipment comparison tooltips not updating after equipping a new item.
  • Fixed Ice Storm projectiles not making a sound on impact.
  • Fixed Crescendo'd items still being able to be Course Corrected.
  • Fixed weird portal VFX.
  • Fixed doors in the Town dungeon not opening for all players.
  • Fixed a bug where exiting Spam mode would leave items green/red.
  • Fixed Blizzard interefering with aiming some abilities through it.
  • Fixed Blizzard dealing more damage than intended for clients in multiplayer.
  • Fixed sometimes spawning in the dungeon underneath Town.
  • Fixed Crimson Rush being able to interrupt itself.
  • Fixed Shield Slam not dealing damage if it interrupted another of your abilities.
  • Fixed Blizzard not despawning on clients.
  • Fixed the Legendary Loadout achievement.
  • Fixed Consecration, Rain of Arrows, Sendatu's Crown, and Flame Dash trails not dealing damage or detecting units.
  • Potential fix for crazy footstep noises.
  • Potential fix for Firefly enemies trying to get in your face.
  • Inventory bug hotfix
  • Various fixes for Whirlwind and channeling
  • Uncapping FPS is now functional.
  • Fixed skill tooltips not updating after changing equipment
  • Fixed Death Aura SFX
  • Fixed MTX getting weird
  • Fixed an exploit where enemies could be killed instantly.
  • Fixed the Alchemist buff becoming hidden.
  • Potential fix for quest bugs in multiplayer
  • Potential fix for Summoner Knight continuing to summon while out of combat

  • Fixed Bladecrest not dealing damage when cast by clients.
  • Fixed a bug where Anti-Magic shield was increasing the damage of blocked projectiles instead of decreasing it.
  • Fixed a bug where MTX could appear on your character at the main menu even when there was no item equipped in that slot.
