2H Damage Fix, Reprieve Fix, Mana Vampire Buff
BALANCE
Ehtiras - Mana Vampire: Now applies to all melee attacks (including Whirlwind). Effect reduced when used with area effects.
Lightning Orb: Damage per second increased from 100% to 135%.
IMPROVED
Added a check to make sure you get all your Reprieves. You should receive any missing Reprieves once you spawn in after updating.
FIXED
Fixed Reprieves not being granted at level 30.
Fixed 2H weapons dealing much more damage than intended.
